Before our takeaways, we recognize Chris Wright on his confirmation as U.S. Secretary of Energy – congratulations Chris and congratulations America, for we cannot imagine a better person for the job. Chris founded Liberty in 2011 and led it ever since. Perhaps more importantly, he’s one of the top big picture energy thinkers of our time. His leadership in the frac industry will be missed, but Liberty goes from strength to strength with the appointment of Ron Gusek as CEO this week. So congrats also to Ron, who is a class act and exceptional executive himself. Exciting times at Liberty and in D.C.
