Apline Silica today confirmed two previous Infill Thinking reports via a press release on their new projects.
Previously On Infill Thinking:
- March 28, 2018: By way of an open records request filed back in March, we learned that Alpine Silica had initiated the permitting process on a new frac sand plant at a Culberson County location. See report with plant analysis, details and map >
- June 4, 2018: We obtained a copy of a permit Alpine Silica received on May 31 in a public record search, and reported a sand mine as large as 3.5mmtpa would be built by the company near the town of Fay, OK. See report with plant analysis, details and location >
